This is a beautiful kitchen scale that is amazingly accurate. I use it to measure baking flour, loose tea, and any other item whose weight works better than an old measuring cup. Stainless steel is bright and shiny, easy to clean. The scale control is easy to use and the backlit display makes it easy to read. The scale offers other functions such as a kitchen timer and temperature. I don't really use them as there are better options in my kitchen. The only downside to this well-made scale is that the temperature is set in Celsius and cannot be changed to Fahrenheit. I didn't read that anywhere in the product description. However, as I mentioned earlier, I didn't really care that I don't really need or use this feature. I want to point this out in case it's really important to you. That's why I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Overall this is a good addition to my kitchen worktop and will be used regularly. I recommend it.
