Brand new "used " item

Used item sold to me at a new price. The 24 hex I have to use, well the previous owner must have ripped off the axle eyelet because the thing was clipped more than French tip nails. There aren't 6 points of contact here, and I'm not going to waste time trying to use this thing. I hope nobody else gets an item like me. Never buy again.
