Sometimes it can be hard when I don't know what's going through their minds but they are always quick at responding so there isn’t much of an issue here. Overall great tool if you want something simple yet functional like this one does best. We were having issues using Excel/PowerPoint templates because everyone was trying things out differently without any real guidance from someone who knows how these tools work (like me). This made managing all those documents very difficult compared to just being able to use Word docs ourselves instead of relying entirely upon them.
