My 4-month old kitten adores this teething ring--although he doesn't really chew on it. While that defeats the purpose of a teething ring, the fact remains that it's his favorite toy. We play fetch with it. He grabs it by the strings and flings it around the room. The rubber material of the ring causes it to bounce erratically on the floor, so that makes chasing it even more exciting. So, although it's not serving the purpose I bought it for, I love how much joy this toy gives my cat. I bought two more, just in case he loses his current one or destroys it.
