Review on SOCKET - CX3360-1682 SocketScan S700 by Gabe Smith

This is a scanner that Shopify recommends for use on an iPad, so I was forced to buy it. I have already bought 6 of them and 5 are defective. I wasted 6 weeks going back and forth with Socket Scan and they don't have a quality control program and all I can tell you is that it works in their office. You can't use this product for all Shopify inventory features. then the self-help group goes offline for a few days. Then you go through a ridiculous trade-in program where you pay for return shipping and wait weeks for a new device if you're lucky. Performance is terrible anyway, but there weren't any other wireless scanner options on Shopify. DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER. You'll be much better off buying a cheap $20 wireless scanner and plugging it into your laptop and everything will work perfectly. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE you don't want to suffer
