I don't recommend it because the taste is really terrible, the texture is even worse and I couldn't even swallow the tiny piece of chocolate that is packaged separately. At first I was disappointed that the amount needed was so small, but I quickly changed my mind after chewing it for just a second or two. This is seriously gross. Bitter, bitter, bitter, and the texture is chewy and doesn't melt like chocolate should. This is ODD and the rest of the box went straight in the trash. Of course, the tastes of the products are so different that you might not entirely agree with me. I thought it would be worth trying the advertised benefits but unfortunately I can't even choke on them so I don't know if they are fake.
