Review on 🔧 Robotime Engineering Learning Kit with Laser Cut Mechanical Components by Carl Movahed

It was so much fun to build. I painted all the parts with watercolors so it's not too thick but still visually appealing. My 3 year old nephews loved playing with it and understood how it worked right away, but it's not the best way for kids to put it together alone. Mainly because the wooden sticks that hold most of the wood together require some force to cut. I used wire cutters, which were easy, but regular child-safe scissors didn't work. Note that they're reversed in instructions 39-40, which is a bit confusing until you realize they're in the wrong order. The rest of the instructions were easy, with pictures and clear labels. It also means you can only turn the lever one way for it to work, otherwise the balls will fall to the ground. It would be cool if they add a small ball storage box here, but it's ok, I could do it myself. Highly recommended!
