That's pretty good for a little sample. I was very concerned about the amount of waste as I have had labellers in the past which were very wasteful. This label printer is small, efficient with buttons and an easy to read display. It is very pleasant that the label printer charges the supplied battery. I chose to charge it with 6 batteries and leave the included battery as a backup. My only criticism is the labeller's inability to determine the tape size of the cassette. I would add a few dollars to the cost of the device and pennies to each cartridge for auto-detection; and be happier with the product. The attached labels are kinda crappy and have creases. I only bought two shrink label cassettes so maybe not a good cross section by my side. So far I'm very happy with the build quality and ease of use. Fortunately, this device has a manual cutter. Being able to print one at a time and then cut with scissors is a great way to reduce waste.
