These headlights are the all white color which I wanted and enjoy. We used 5 or 6 strands of 66ft to wrap around the trunk of our multi-stem pine tree near our house. You look beautiful! The only thing that bothers me is that we love the twinkling lights and unfortunately every time we turn the light off for the night we have to reprogram it once we turn it on the next night. This is a HUGE problem considering we literally had to go outside to program them every time because these lights didn't have a remote control. A remote control would be great as we could switch between different modes without leaving home. Imagine if we had to go out into the cold every day when it snowed to fiddle with the light settings. This is such a problem and I regret buying these headlights for that reason. I only noticed the problem after installing them on our Christmas tree :/ Also, the lights are beautiful! However, as other reviews have pointed out, the first mode you see when plugged in is the one that turns the lights on and off over the course of a cycle. This is ridiculous considering we need light all the time. That's why we have to leave the house to switch to a flashing mode that stays on throughout the cycle. The fact that these lamps do not retain their last mode when unplugged and then plugged back in requires a remote control, and yet they didn't provide one. Especially when it comes to indoor and outdoor lighting. If you use them outdoors like me, it's not worth buying because you have to leave the house to change modes every time :/
