So I'm like a very skilled girl and this thing has been a bit of a struggle. The directions are really unclear, the order of the parts is unclear, and the extension pieces on the bracket to get to the TV holes are very difficult to straighten, they move and you have to tighten a couple of times to get it right make. Also, I used my own screws and anchors because the included screws are ridiculous. You will need a drill and some tools. He also speaks in full motion, but leans neither forward nor backward. The arm slides out so you can adjust the distance from the wall, and it wobbles from side to side so you can level it, which is pretty nice, but it doesn't lean forward when you're hanging high. At least mine isn't. I've seen some other reviewers say it needs wd40, but I don't see how that would lean forward to what I'm seeing. But anyway, now that it's on top it seems pretty solid. (I hung a 32 inch TV) Especially for the price. Just take about 2 hours to play around with the thing. haha
