WARNING! If you don't like shredding hundred dollar bills, DO NOT BUY this all-clad kettle. All of my dishes are all-clad so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Well, I was wrong! Bought on 04/28. Within 2 weeks or less it had faded and it was impossible to restore the polished look. I decided that I would live with him, but I had to give him back immediately. By the end of May, the pipe has fallen apart and tarnishing continues to increase. By the way, the handle is very hot to hold without mittens. It must be a common Chinese fake and stolen from some company. If so, All-Clad needs to be sued before they lose too many loyal customers. If not, then all those in disguise should be ashamed of putting their names on that teapot. It's garbage, and that's where I'm going to put it today. Why didn't I read the reviews first. TSK tsk. :((
