Strong and easy to install but not enough travel
Everything as advertised except I have a high garage ceiling and the adjustable down travel isn’t sufficient and the boats are high off the ground. That being said, I only have to stand on the 2nd step of my step ladder so I can still safely load and unload my kayaks. Get the wider with as even the widest cross bars barely accommodate the width of my boats.
- Easy to install and works pretty good. I have a kayak on one side and a ladder on the other.
- May not provide adequate support for longer kayaks/canoes
