Review on ⚡ Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power 4600 Series Converter/Charger with Charge Wizard - 45 Amp: Unleash Efficient RV Power! by Francisco Garcia

I bought this unit to replace the Parallax 7345 inverter (not a fan). The noise stops as soon as I turn on any of the 12 volt bulbs. Studies show that this is a bad contact on the circuit board. I contacted Progressive Dynamics to inquire about a replacement. For now, we either have to turn off the converter when we sleep or leave the lights on. Very annoying. I will update my rating based on support response. Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars: Progressive Dynamics contacted me within 24 hours of receiving my first email from support. They quickly sent me a replacement transducer with a return label for the defective one. Excellent customer service experience. The exchange works great. I took off a star because the installation guide could have included more photos or diagrams to be more helpful and should say more clearly that any screws and bolts removed should be carefully organized as they will be reused and not included in the new set. The installation wasn't difficult for me (experienced DIYer) but it can be difficult for people who have no experience with wiring or wiring.
