Took a shot at a repaired item.
I've heard that this product has been "Refurbished" but I'm not sure. It was probably returned because of the same issues I had. The only channel that streams is Netflix, it won't even stream the Roku channel. Every time I tried to stream any channel other than Netflix I got a "connection error". Then I would try to stream Netflix immediately afterwards with no issues. I think I'll only eat $30 so I was so upset I just threw it in the trash.
