Review on 🌿 Teal Compostable Biodegradable Eco Shipping Bags (Pack of 50) by Tanya White

Labels do not stick well

Update: The company sent a new set of bags which the glue closure worked great but I was still having issues with the shipping labels not sticking very well. When using Avery branded labels they will stick but can be peeled off and can be a problem over long distances. The company recommended several other branded labels and sent me a few to try, but I was still having issues. Overall the company has been very responsive to try and help, but be aware that the materials they are made of can have serious sticking issues depending on the brand. The adhesive is not strong, it is easy to open and reseal, and the labels are easy to peel off. I tried putting on water based labels to keep them compostable but that didn't work either. Outweighs the purpose of a compostable bag when you need to use non-biodegradable materials to put a label on it and aren't even sure it will work. Otherwise the bag looks ok, but if the bags can be opened upon delivery and the labels fall off upon delivery then it really doesn't matter and isn't worth it.
