Bought as a gift with other pizza accessories. Excellent quality. Ideal for serving pizza on more decorative slices as the base protects the surface when slicing. While I used to occasionally use grocery scissors instead of wheels or seesaws to cut pizza, with this article I'm switching more and more to scissors. However, one might prefer a sturdy wheel on a massive, skinny New Haven pizza, or a rocker for speed. But it works well for most pizzas, especially if you want to give guests the ability to cut at the table. It must be great to experiment with Roman style pizza too. Now I will have at least one of these in my personal pizza gear.
