I like how easy it is for me as well my staff to access patient information in one place, this also helps us keep track of our patients medical history easier when we are not able to be there face to face! The cost involved would make purchasing more difficult if you do not have insurance companies backing them up. This software does help ease some work load but will take time getting used too since its new at most offices. Being paperless allows everyone to get their info from anywhere which has been extremely helpful during COVID19 pandemic where many people were unable to come into office due to social distancing orders. We now use mdtool box rxs electronic prescriber signature feature so no longer need physical signatures anymore. It saves alot of paperwork and makes life much simpler especially being a small practice. Also less chance of mistakes happening because all prescriptions are done electronically instead writing out prescription by hand. Paperwork reduction.
