I always keep this jug in the fridge. I make a gallon of iced tea for my partner at the beginning of each week. He doesn't particularly like hot drinks and hates coffee, and trying to make small mugs of iced tea every day was getting pretty annoying. there with ease was necessary. This thing fits perfectly next to a gallon of milk with no problem. The plastic is a little flimsy and condenses heavily when taken out of the fridge, but as it's only been used for iced tea so far, it's perfect for us. secure, and the front mesh filter slides out for easy cleaning. The handle is surprisingly strong and holds a gallon of liquid without flexing. My biggest problem with this was that the sticker wouldn't peel off without leaving a lot of marks, but I didn't want to remove it. like this pitcher and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality considering how cheap it is. When the time comes to replace the old one I will order these.
