Depending on how long the wiring going to your battery will be, the wires on this one will be narrow. Its wiring is 16 GA for positive and 18 GA for negative. So if you need to run battery cables longer than 6ft I wouldn't go with 16ga. I would connect 14ga to at least this panel. I'm using this thing because I need to reassemble the whole thing. I plan on using one of the switches to turn everything off as my jeep doesn't have a high amp wire with a key. So I plan to run the power wire to the switch and then the second spade connector will power the other switches. That way I can turn it on and off at will so it doesn't run all the time. I also suggest that you use the built-in fuse for this. Judging by the wiring, there is no built-in fuse. So don't just run a power cable and you're done. Included fuses are only fuses for switches if you intend to use them to turn on lights or similar.
