Review on Semli by Jose Isaacs

I was eager to purchase from Semli in the hopes of obtaining some distinctive and excellent art supplies for my do-it-yourself project. My experience with their packaging and shipping, however, was a big letdown. First of all, it took longer than anticipated for my order to come, and when it did, the packaging was damaged and some of the items were missing. It was frustrating that some of the goods that did come were damaged in transit because they were not packaged securely. When I contacted Semli's customer support, they responded slowly and did not provide a satisfactory resolution to my problems. I anticipated more from a business that prides itself on prioritizing its clients. I had a disappointing overall experience with Semli, and I would not suggest them to other DIY aficionados. Their careless handling of shipment and packaging results in a frustrating and unreliable shopping experience.
