Unfortunately disappointed with the means of feeding and drinking
The effect was the opposite of what was intended. After adding them to my feeders they are worse than without them. After reading a little more I found that yellow bees are also attracted to a large surface, they will pool into a pool ball and attack feeders until they dry up. To test I removed a few and used some with protection and others without protection, the unprotected eaters saw bees and wasps but not in such numbers and the threshers had a chance to feed. Do yourself a favor, stay away.
