Review on 🔧 Caterpillar 4355142 435-5142 COOLANT FILTER - Enhanced High Efficiency by Doug Booth

Bought and arrived on time with no problems. Fits the Wix mount 24763. I mention this because it is sometimes difficult to find mounts for different filters, so I hope this will save someone 30 minutes of searching all over the internet. The filter seems to work fine, I installed mine on lml duramax and decided to put it in the heater core. The worst thing that can happen when it's clogged is heat loss, and that's obviously the reason. A good sign is also that the filter does not get hot. I will be posting another review in a few months with the filter open and some photos of what was inside. The truck has a relatively low mileage of around 16,000, so the coolant has never been changed. Should be interesting.
