Review on ER308L TIG Stainless Steel Welding by Kyle Awasthi

I didn't buy these for my TIG (wish I had one) but more for amateur raw materials. Buying individual pieces of steel/brass/aluminum from K&S and the like is prohibitively expensive. I needed 1/8" steel wire/bar to make my daughter's cosplay sword (steel reinforcement for 3D printed plastic blade and stock - pictured before sanding/varnishing). I thought I'd have to disappoint her when the cost of materials I was getting close to buying a real rapier but then I found these blades with perfect tolerances that were PERFECT not only for this sword but for all kinds of projects.(e.g. 30 rods? I should have counted I have so many used, too late to count now) about 5x the amount of materials I need to build, about 1/10th the total cost of K&S rods I would think.use.These Kick-Ass - just can't talk about welding applications ;)
