I like that we can use our own video files instead of relying solely on third party media providers. The process is complicated as it has many steps involved. We used this product at my previous job because they offered an easy way to upload videos from our camera system into the platform. It was not user friendly and took several hours before we could start using the system. If you want something simple with no additional fees then go with another option such as Vyew which is free and only requires uploading your file once. At my last place we were able to set up multiple displays so each person would be able to view different information without having to walk around all day. This allowed us to get more done in less time!
