I bought this product to clean a slowly leaking left hand sink drain in a double vanity. The P-trap had been previously cleaned so I pulled out the P-trap assembly and routed the serpentine wire out from the wall pipe. The first turn was difficult to navigate but eventually I figured out how to maneuver the snake through that turn. I walked the line about 9 feet until I reached the south bend of the Y-tube junction; and I couldn't get the snake to move on at that moment. No blockages were found. It always makes sense to use this tool to clear a simple clog or sluggish drain instead of paying a plumber. large, old towels on hand.
