I have the most adorable little calico but he ALWAYS goes in the trash. I bought her a hooded box, but there's always junk behind the opening. This mat is perfect for picking up litter and makes clean up a lot easier (for me). My cat is a bit hesitant about new products so I gave her a day to get used to it. Putting it in the sun took her less than 24 hours to nap on. I immediately placed it outside of her box to catch the litter and I couldn't be happier. Small pieces of spatula that get caught on their paws also fall on the carpet so as not to scatter around the apartment. Highly recommend for anyone who has a cheeky kitty like mine. A great solution for small pebbles that are collected!
