Ordered product, manufacturer got a discount there ($100) and that was a big reason I ordered this product. Information provided for a discount, confirmation received back. After the 4-6 week period they reported expired, I emailed the manufacturer. No Answer. Rinse, rinse, repeat 3 times. So far there is no news from Forni. Called the number listed in my documentation (matches the website) and left a voice message after navigating the maze like an automated system. Nothing back. Finally, I received a verification/survey card from the manufacturer in the mail (meaning they fully registered my device, this material was sent at the same time as I filled out the discount information). hit her on it Requested to call or email, still nothing. However, I still get SPAM from them because I buy more stuff from them (although I've unsubscribed from them several times). As I mentioned in the survey I sent them, this is appallingly poor customer service at best and criminal at worst (email scams?). But at least the welder works.
