I first used them at a relative's. I was so impressed I had to buy it myself. We have been using them for several years. My mom recently broke her shoulder so thought I'd buy her a set as she can only use one arm. So I went ahead and ordered four sets to give the kids for Christmas. They last quite a long time before you have to swap out the six batteries it takes to run. Pros and cons: very easy to use and convenient, just put it upside down. However, if they fall off, keep rubbing them until you tip them straight again. So if a cat knocks it over while you're not in the room, they just keep walking lol. Plus, we just love these salt and pepper shakers.
