and cuts walnuts like no other

My knife for almost all kitchen needs. Trims the fat off a beef tenderloin, slices tomatoes into wafer-thin slices and chops up walnuts like no other. It comes out razor sharp and I love how it feels in my hand. Many professional chefs swear by their Misonos. I recommend purchasing ceramic steel to keep the high quality steel in this blade sharpened. I love this knife.
