I ordered this item in 2015 and received a quality product. (Left side of the picture) I was satisfied with everything on the back straps they were easy perfect!I.Now in 2019 I received a flimsy,thin,smaller and poorly finished,thinner pillow,smaller buckle,thinner strap both horizontally and vertically (right side of the picture).Very disappointed!What happened? !Guys, switch to a cheap outsourced factory?!What happened to your great quality goods?!Please tell me that it was some kind of shipping error and I received bad quality goods by mistake, and please tell me the will send correct merchandise that truly represents your business.I will send new pictures of the replacement item and this review via elaborate/update. I still believe in DORSAL!
