We love it! I needed something that would fit the airline seat dimensions. I liked the backpack option and the strap that allows you to attach it to the top of your luggage. Dennis was handy, I am. It is, and we found it hanging in the hotel at four when we had been out for a bit. I gave 4 stars for durability only because the zippers can be a bit stiff at times. They slid smoothly and I see that eventually they will break. It also doesn't hold up that much and falls off a bit, but we didn't mind. I wish there were a few more pockets, there is one and it came in handy for a phone, treats, small ball etc. Dennis (10.5lb She-Poo on Instagram @DennisMcDog) has plenty of room to lay down and turn. Stand. not much, but he lay down quietly. The other bag in the side video we checked was larger, but he couldn't lay down comfortably. (In the video, Dennis tried the black bag first, but when I put it on for the first time, he immediately went into the gray bag and made himself comfortable.)
