Best inexpensive Tart Pan. Buy!

Great inexpensive tart pan that delivers. I got two cause I wasn't sure how it was going to hold up but I will say it cooked perfect in addition to a nice release. There was no need to line it with parchment. Make sure to wash and dry by hand not to warp or knick the pan.

Ideal for baking both sweet and savory tarts and quiches

I have not had a tart pan before. I bought this one for baking during the holidays. I made a pecan pie type tart in it. It was easy to use. It is long so you need to support the bottom when you remove your tart. I sat mine on two glasses to remove it. Since it was the first time using a pan like this I did have a little trouble getting the tart off the metal bottom. It was not stuck though. It''s just a long pan as I mentioned before. I am happy with the purchase. Looking forward to using it again.
