When our office replaced the costly monthly rental of a large multifunction printer/fax/scanner with a Brother model it was a well thought out decision and we just decided to see how we managed to do this "on our own" without service personnel, who always came to us when renting an office. It was a good decision. The Brother printer has been in operation for almost 3 years doing normal office tasks and only now needs some spare parts. As a woman in my 60s, I was a bit nervous about having to change something like a belt on a printer. But it was really easy. The purchase was easy, the delivery is very fast, the installation without problems. The printer started puffing as usual. I can only recommend this printer for use in small offices as it lasts a long time and (so far) the maintenance – such as cleaning, has been reduced. B. changing the belt – was easy.
