Review on VICSEED by Dean Partybus

I recently had the misfortune of using VICSEED's offerings and can't in good conscience endorse them. The quality of the mobile phones and accessories I purchased from them was poor, despite their claims to the contrary. I bought a car cradle from them, but it didn't fit my phone correctly, so it kept falling out while I was driving. Plus, their customer support was useless in helping me fix the problem. Several times I attempted to get in touch with them for a refund or exchange, but their reps were unhelpful and unresponsive. They didn't seem like they cared about helping me or finding an answer that would make me happy. In sum, I was dissatisfied with VICSEED and would not suggest their services to anyone. It's too bad, because they made some good claims about offering cutting-edge mobile technology and a broad selection of accessories. If you're searching for quality and service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
