I love that it is easy to use & has so many different features! It's also super affordable compared to other services out there (that are more expensive!) We've been able solve our interview schedule issues by using this service instead of emailing people directly or calling them ourselves - which was very time consuming at first but now we don't have as much work involved since everything can be done through their site/app etc.
