Disappointing on my review.
I bought this for my 87 year old grandmother. She has a reading light that she use to use Alexa to turn it on. She got rid of the internet because $135 to turn on a light a month was silly. So I got her the Clapper. It worked great for me but my grandmother’s clap was not loud enough to register. Probably not the clappers fault but if you don’t have a strong clap I don’t recommend. If you do it works awesome and is easy to install.
- It registers claps almost all the time and is simple to set up.
- The switch may be unsuited for individuals with hearing aids or cochlear implants
