Good quality but not so good to relieve back pain when driving

I bought this for my boyfriend, but he said his back pain was getting worse after he applied this product to his car seat. But I think the quality is good because he has already used it for about 1 month.

Pros

Good for a car, but not for an office chair

Cons

May not be suitable for those with scoliosis

I purchased this mesh back support because I thought it would be sturdier than the memory foam ones. I do like the structure of this one and I find that it gives decent support, but unfortunately the the massaging nubs piece wasn''t sewn on very well and started to unravel from the rest of the support and has almost completely fallen off just after 3 months. I can still use the main mesh frame for some support but kind of disappointed that part of it has come apart.
