found! My daughter is 13 months old, she walks, she is tall but very skinny. She weighs about 18 pounds so I was worried about finding one of those jackets that would fit snugly around her chest/body. It was the perfect fit and worked great in the pool. This will help teach him to keep his head up and move his legs to get around. The only reason I didn't give this jacket 5 stars is because the girls' patterns look ugly. We went with a hula girl but none of the girls were good and the boys were real boys. How about gender neutral? That would be nice.
