Problem Changing Brushes

No tools or easy way to change brushes. One said "just pull". I pulled at 200 pounds. Even the retaining hooks are made of plastic; They are new and the edges are not yet round. I only found one way. 2 screwdrivers hold the retaining hooks and you can pull it out if you have a third hand. The result of the tugging and wiggling: the driveshaft is bent and the brush is galloping around my car like a wild horse. Unfortunately I couldn't test it further. The above problem should be fixed by the manufacturer.
