So far I'm very happy with the Shadow 370, it's working great and haven't had any hardware issues. The PC arrived quickly with no delay or damage. It was well packaged with a box frame attached to a PC for stabilization during transit. The box frame requires a wrench to loosen 4 long bolts, I forgot the exact size, but with the right tools it only takes 5 minutes to remove the box frame and inner foam padding. If you don't have the right tools, don't try to take it out of the box, you will most likely damage your PC. Also, the packaging foam around the GPU cannot be safely removed without unscrewing the glass surface.
