I hate to write this, but like everyone else I'm unlucky. I drilled one hole and halfway through the next it stopped cutting, just spinning! I sprayed him with Roto-Magic the whole time. I looked at the tips of the teeth and a groove had been cut in them removing the sharpest tip of the teeth. I can't say for sure this is due to the tooling, maybe there was a hard spot in the metal? I went through a roughly 5/16 thick C channel and used the magnetic drill that was made for these routers. One hole cost me $34.99. Really upset about that. As a layman, that stings a little. Now how do I drill the other 43 holes I need to make? I think I'll try my luck at grinding. (never made it) PS I have many other core cutters that I have used over and over again without a single problem. (not this brand)
