inside knob fell off in under a year

The inside knob on this fell off completely eight months after we installed it and could not be re-attached.
When it was closed accidentally from the outside, it then locked shut and we had to pry the door open--there is no way to take off the knob from the outside. Obviously can no longer return it and won't buy again from here.

Pros

I got them and they were neatly packaged. They were just so much better than I’d even expected

Cons

The glass handles are fragile and break easily
