Chair arrived quickly, all parts in bubble wrap. 12 socket head screws for assembly: four to attach the seat to the base, four to attach the backrest to the seat and the last four to attach the armrests. The chair is well padded, including the armrests. The assembly instructions are mostly illustrated, but easy to understand. The kit includes two tools needed for assembly (2 Allen keys). The massage cushion is USB powered, the power cord has a toggle switch to turn it on and off. There is also a USB extension cable. No power supply. I use a 2 amp USB charger and it works fine. I am very happy with my purchase. There are many gaming chads on the market, but very few with fully padded temples.
