Design/ manufacturing flaw

These switches turn themselves on when the temperature in the room gets above 80°. There's some kind of malfunction to them I have ordered three of them and they all do the same thing. Additionally, when researching the specifics of this switch I found out that they draw phantom power in significant amounts . Do not buy
