Love these patterns. They do NOT feel "thin" or fragile. Good sizes. To give you an idea of the scale, the inside edge of the smallest "frame" hexagon and core shape is 3/4 inch (2 centimeters). The largest hexagon within the "frame" and edge of the core shape is 1 1/4 inches (3 centimeters). I already used a small hex for the project and the pieces fit together perfectly. Ideal for quilters who enjoy English paper sewing, picky cutting, patchwork etc. More like hand tracing/cutting, pencil marks. or VERY careful use of a small rotary cutter due to its small size. To me this is a very useful set at an affordable price for quilters who want more traditional Apple Core sizes, Drunkards Path, Hexagons, Pyramid etc that cut well. For customer service: I ordered 2 sets in one order. One set was missing a part, the other an extra one. Contacted support through Revain. Answered were polite and attentive. After we submitted a requested photo to show what was missing, the company's customer service team explained how long it would take to ship a replacement part (weeks). With the patience to let them do what they need, the package arrived today and they went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!
