It's easy to use, it has all necessary features that we need. There are no any disadvantages I can think about now. We used this product since last 8 years and haven't had time problems with its functioning. If you will not have much experience with such systems, they will be difficult to work with. In my opinion, there isn't anything bad. This system works well for us. The system can be used as an open source or paid solution, which makes it very flexible to use within your organization. It has been easy to implement in our environment and we have had no issues with support so far. I like that you can customize reports and fields easily if needed. We are solving patient flow problems by using this product. It allows us to track patients through their journey from admission until discharge while also tracking who is responsible for what tasks along the way.
