As an enterprise software vendor I found that InsightVM had a great solution for us and after researching other solutions we found IDMWorks. They came highly recommended by our peers and went above and beyond in terms of supporting us throughout the entire project. The end result was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Their service was exceptional - the sales person who worked with us was incredible, going way beyond his call of duty. He took the time to understand our business needs and how we would use the tool and he delivered on every single aspect of the contract. His advice was invaluable throughout the implementation. They were always available when we needed them. We received regular updates, documentation and training to ensure we were successful. The tech team were brilliant and made it so easy for us to deploy the tool. All of this combined together resulted in an extremely smooth experience. Our user acceptance testing (UAT) was painless and everyone involved got something back from the experience.
