The lock is fine - metal burrs tear my grip
For the lock to work properly. i love the castle However, I noticed that my crank was damaged and I thought someone was messing with my bike. Then I grabbed the lock in exactly the wrong place and smacked my hand with a piece of metal. Upon further inspection of the lock, I found a few small metal burrs inside the lock. This is very poor quality control.
