No brackets to mount anything it's just a filler piece that has a HORRIBLE angle. With a two din block set at that angle in my X5 I can't read anything - the glare makes it impossible. I'm sorry I wasted my money trying to do it myself. BMWs fret about not being able to replace their head units, and I assure you - unless your new unit has a screen that comes out at a right angle, this fairing isn't the answer. I will not spend a dime on this project, I will hold out until I buy another car. then it will be the next man's problem. - After installation there is nothing to give back, that's what really bugs me about this whole process, the head unit, installation parts - they all have to be cut, glued or glued, so they're yours whether you like the result or not. Good luck - buy a radio made for the car, NOT THAT
