Drill a hole in the end of the motor mount a few sizes (I did 29/64), you'll thank me later. It's not because the hole isn't big enough, it's because it's a bit out of place, so I had to put the whole thing in, take it out, drill it out, and put it back in. Installed on a 2008 Acura RL. I've never seen anyone else's rubber cast crooked. I also didn't have to drill the 4 bottom holes like the other person said. The rubber looked well formed.
